This site is for information and quote requests. Submitting a form starts a conversation about your project, not a contract. Any work performed by Ocean State Powder Coating is agreed with you separately before it starts.
3. Quotes and prices
Any prices, ranges or ballpark quotes shown on the site or given from a photo are estimates. The final price is set when we see the part at the shop and is confirmed with you before work starts.
4. Brand and content
All text, logos, images and content on this site are the property of Ocean State Powder Coating or its licensors. Do not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.
5. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content. Results vary with the part, its material and its condition.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ocean State Powder Coating is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Liability for any direct damages is limited to $100.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in that state.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
