“I was immediately impressed with the communication and turnaround time. I was quoted a figure, and they held to it. That almost never happens with any work I have done on this custom truck.”

Serving Milford, MA
Our shop is in Warwick, Rhode Island, and Milford is one of the closer Massachusetts towns we serve. The drive is typically under an hour, so it fits into a normal day.
The short answer
Milford drivers split their time between I-495 and the local roads: Main Street (Route 16), Route 140 and Route 85. Highway salt in winter, plus potholes on town roads in spring, is a hard combination for wheels.
Text us a photo of your wheels or parts. We will send a ballpark price and tell you what the job likely needs before you head down.
I-495 gets heavy salt and brine treatment through the winter, and so do Route 16 and Route 140 through downtown Milford. That salt gets into chips and curb rash and starts corrosion under factory clear coat, which is why so many wheels here show peeling at the lip.
When the frost comes out of the ground, potholes open up on side streets and around the commercial strips. A hard hit can bend a rim or crack a barrel. We inspect each wheel first, straighten bends where possible and weld cracks only when they are in a safe area.
Milford has a long history of granite quarrying and a strong base of contractors and tradespeople today. Many of them bring us truck wheels, trailer parts, racks, brackets and fabricated metal that need a finish able to take a beating.
We sandblast parts down to bare metal to remove rust, paint and old coatings, then powder coat them. For businesses with recurring work, we handle batches of parts, not just one-offs. Text photos and quantities for a ballpark price.
Wrought iron railings on front steps and porches are one of the most common non-wheel jobs we see from towns like Milford. Blasting off the old paint and rust and powder coating the railing generally lasts much longer than another coat of spray paint.
We also coat patio tables and chairs, home radiators, motorcycle parts and boat parts for owners who keep a boat on a nearby lake or take it to the coast. If the finish is not right, we redo it at no cost.
