Serving Framingham, MA
Our shop is in Warwick, Rhode Island, and that is where every job is done. From Framingham it is usually about an hour, depending on traffic on I-495 and I-95.
The short answer
MetroWest drivers put a lot of highway miles on their cars. Between the Mass Pike, Route 9 and I-495, wheels see salt all winter and a steady stream of potholes and construction zones the rest of the year.
Text us a photo first. We reply with a ballpark price and the final price is set once your wheels or parts are at the shop.
Route 9 through Framingham and Natick is stop-and-go for long stretches, with shopping center lots around Shoppers World and the Natick Mall adding tight turns and curbs. Brake dust builds up fast, and curb rash is common.
Winter on the Mass Pike and I-495 means salt and brine for months. Once that gets into a chip on the wheel face, corrosion spreads under the factory finish and starts to bubble and peel.
A lot of MetroWest work is SUV and minivan wheels that have lost their finish, plus brake calipers people want in a color that matches the car. We also see motorcycle parts and boat parts from people who spend summers near the lakes and the coast.
Around the house, Framingham and Natick customers bring patio furniture, iron railings and radiators that need a fresh finish.
Bring wheels with tires mounted. We dismount, strip, blast, repair, coat, cure, remount and balance in the same building, so you are not running to a tire shop afterward.
Shop hours are Monday to Friday. If you are commuting, text us first so we can plan around your drop-off and give you a ballpark before you head down.
