Serving Springfield, MA
We will be honest: Springfield is a long way from our shop. Warwick, RI is typically about an hour and a half to two hours from Springfield, so this is a trip you plan, not one you make on a lunch break.
The short answer
That is exactly why we ask Springfield customers to text a photo before anything else. You get a ballpark price and a clear idea of what the job involves, so you can decide whether the drive makes sense for you.
Customers who make the trip usually come for a full set of wheels, a specific color from the Prismatic Powders library, or repair plus refinish done in one place.
Springfield sits in the Connecticut River valley, where winter storms bring a steady diet of salt and sand on I-91, I-291, the Mass Pike and local roads like State Street, Boston Road and Sumner Avenue. That salt works into every chip and curb scrape.
Freeze and thaw cycles leave potholes all over the city each spring, from Forest Park to Sixteen Acres and East Forest Park. A hard hit can bend a lip or crack a barrel, and corrosion under a failing factory finish only speeds things up.
Text us clear photos of each wheel, front and back, plus any damage. We will give you a ballpark price and tell you if anything (a crack, a bend, an old repair) needs a closer look in person. The final price is set once the wheels are at the shop.
Bring wheels with the tires still mounted. We dismount, repair, coat, cure, remount and balance in the same shop, so there is no extra stop at a tire shop on the way home.
Springfield and the surrounding towns have plenty of pickups, project cars and motorcycles, and we coat truck wheels, motorcycle parts and frames along with car wheels. Grouping several parts into one trip saves you a second drive.
Local businesses and contractors can also send batches of brackets, railings and fabricated parts. Text photos, quantities and rough sizes and we will tell you what fits and give you a ballpark.
