Serving Medford, MA
We have an office in Medford, but the coating, repair and balancing all happen at our Warwick, Rhode Island shop. We want to be clear about that so you plan the trip the right way.
The short answer
From Medford, the drive is typically about an hour to an hour and a quarter down I-93 and I-95, depending on traffic. Start with a text: send a photo of your wheels and the color you want, and we will quote the job first.
Medford drivers come to us for full color changes, curb rash repair, cracked barrel welding and caliper colors that tie the car together.
Medford commutes mean I-93, the Fellsway (Route 28) and Route 16 along the Mystic Valley Parkway. Those roads get heavy salt and brine every winter, and that mixture is hard on wheels with chipped or peeling finishes.
Once corrosion starts under the clear coat, touch-up paint will not stop it. Powder coating strips the wheel to bare metal and replaces the finish with a harder, oven-cured layer.
Curbside parking around Medford Square, West Medford and the neighborhoods near Tufts leaves a lot of scraped lips. Most curb rash is cosmetic and can be repaired and refinished instead of replacing the wheel.
We repair the damage, powder coat the wheel and remount and balance the tire, so the wheel goes back on the car ready to drive.
Because the shop is in Rhode Island, we recommend getting a text quote first, then planning drop-off during shop hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Bring wheels with tires mounted. Dismount, repair, coating, remount and balancing all happen in the same shop.

“I was immediately impressed with the communication and turnaround time. I was quoted a figure, and they held to it. That almost never happens with any work I have done on this custom truck.”
